It's not, I can do it easily. Trick is, get enough speed going so when you shift into third it has a decent powerband range. Gas it in 2nd pretty good in a wheelie, let out of the throttle completely and shift REALLY fast at the same time. It takes some practice, but it took me like 15 minutes to perfect it. Shouldn't be a problem for ya, it just won't shift while giving it gas in a wheelie. Abraham and I were trying them Sunday and it wasn't that hard to do. Have him tell you. He can vouge for me and I for him.

Re: Shifting while wheelies?

yes with practice you can do it from 1st to 2nd then to 3rd. difficult if you havent tried them before. once you get that down pretty good, down shift from 3rd to 2nd and then to 1st. to practice down shifting, start in 2nd and lean back past BP and off throttle then push down to 1st. you usually dont need to cover the break once you get it in 1st because the motor will lean/rock you foreward. just be ready to give alot of throttle, for it is hard to recover, but can be done. once you are comfortable with that try 3rd to 2nd. 3rd to 2nd the motor doesnt seem to throw you foreward as hard as from 2nd to 1st. at least you wont land on your asZ down shifting. good luck and i hope the above instructions make sence and work for you. just my 2 .

Yeah, that makes perfect sense. I just got done going 1-2-3rd on a wheelie, got it down real good now. I was mainly practicing stoppies, got 4 parking lanes wide, I dunno how far that is, but I am nearly full throttle when I pull it up.

2nd to 3rd is easy, 1st to 2nd is a bit harder because u have to be off the throttle but its still pretty easy.

I Believe you Bro! cuz I was rocking them right next to you on Sunday. Its true, all u need to do is get enough speed, and shift really quick. I need to practice on my 1st gear wheelie into 2nd gear without looping. Im also starting to get my one handed wheelies down. Let just say you inspired me to grow some *****! :YEAH oh, and some 3/4 circle wheelie......5#it, I might even try to surf my fiddy today at the spot..
