Overall best handlebar kit?
Overall best handlebar kit?
Ok, I REALLY need to order some bars, like soon. I was leaning on SANO, but I need to be sure that they are decent. I heard SANO's billet throttle's are really good.
But overall, what is the best bar kit? And is Sano a decent purchase?

Pretty much just piece one together like it was said.
I bought a BBR complete kit and it sucks, the Throttle assembly broke on installation(and the bastards wont cover it ), and my bars are bent from two falls..... and it fell on sand.. So i say anything is better than BBR.
So far an Applied throttle has done a better Job.(and its plastic).
:YEAH

bbr kit is descent besides the bars they bend real easy. I bought the p3 racing aluminum 7/8" bars and I am very happy. your best bet is taking a few days and piecing one together on ebay

tripple clamps are all over ebay...you should be able to part it all together for $100..you dont need longer throttle cable or brake..its all a lie.
Re: Overall best handlebar kit?
You can piece a kit together a lot cheaper then anyone will sell one. I picked up most of mine off ebay and spent less then $100 for everything. I actually liked the hight of the stock bars I just needed them pushed out further to clear my knees. Mine is made up of a freakzone clamp, Stock CR125 bars and a plastic throttle from Red barron. Then I scavanged a brake lever off a bicycle and I was good to roll. The stock cables went right in. Just look for some bars that feel comfortable and go from there.
