how fast is a 50 for a person around 190 and 6'0 stock

31-35 mph with a person that weight on a 50 with stock tires.

Add a Nice Big Bore and gearing and you can do 50 mph like me. :YEAH

 

don't forget the z50 on ebay, that one clocked 93mph!! well mine's got an 88 kit w/ 15/37 gears and it'll do 40.

My friend has a stock '04 that goes about 40-45mph tops, we were driving down a road and the speed limit was 45mph, and some guy stopped next to us when we got to the stop sign. He was asking how much they were, and told us that we were going the speed limit. get a rev box up in there. get about 50?!?!

 

I highly doubt any stock 50 going 40-45 mph.... It just isn't geared to get there. The engine would have Rev-Limited long before that.

CR107..........stock front (believe it has a 16 versus xr50's 15) and a 30 rear from 37 stock rear. I am very sure it does every bit of 55mph because I raced my old xr50 with a big bore 88 and it dyno'd 6.7 hp at 48 mph with 15 front and 30 rear. In a race, the 88cc and my 107 is about dead nutz (if I was better with the clutch proably would change things) till the 88 runs outta leg and the 107 legs take over. I am going to dyno it soon to post the results but I have only modified the intake spacer size, jetting (110 main jet )and a uni-filter.

YA Weed..........Its no a xr50 but I beat it up and it comes back for more!!! Prolly weighs 30-40 more pounds too........ :YEAH

Stock gearing on a z or xr or crf 50 is 14 front .....37 rear.....

Every single piece on those Extreme bikes are cheap junk.....Its so bad that it just looks cheap...... I could wreck one in a day......

I had the opportunity to ride one 2 weeks ago in Nashville. The only good thing on those bikes is the seat and handlebar pisition. That seat was every bit as comfortable as the seat on my Z and It felt like the bike was made to fit me.

If you could build that exact same bike with quality parts you would have a real winner.

 

i thought the seat, bars, and rear shock was the worst part of that bike. its all personal preferance.

 

When my friend Lance hooked up his GPS unit to his 03 stock xr50 for our Chicago 50 mile ride his bike had a best top speed of 32 mph and he is about 160 lbs.

 

the only good thing on a 107 is the four speed and even that sucks too
