1978 z50 - buying an 03 this week.. Already have the yellow plastic.. I already ordered sobe graphics, fast 50s 8" bars, fast 50s seat cover, fast 50s stainless pegs and am ordering a fast 50s shifter, fast 50s seat foam, fast 50s triple clamp, applied throttle, plus a uni air filter
I just got my top end from the good guys at Sik50 the other day and I haven't been able to get the grin off my face yet. It's a 2002, 88cc top end w/cam, ported head, 22mm carb, fmf pipe, bmx high bars and covered in fur. Used for Dirt, road and ice racing. Good Times!!!!!!! http://www.amra.ca

That things pimp as hell, but you need to ride it more
Hmm.. I just looked through my 50 pic folder and noticed that only a few of them had reflectors, or the holes for them.. Maybe they're sold like that in Canada? Im taking them off soon, but they look ugly underneath (there is a bolt hole on the forks)..
Don't know how you feel about spark arresters or what your local laws are,but you can get some free power out of that thing. Remove the spark arrester and cut it off flush with the mounting plate(I used a cut off wheel then ground it flush) Raise your needle the whole way(bottom groove) Install that pod filter and you'll be set to go. May want to play with the air screw too. Will make a little more noise but it will open it up a good bit over stock.

Can't have those ugly holes.
