They have been around in other countries for some years now. They are ultra cool but way too much money. I would rather find a nice used street legal Yamaha YSR50.

Re: anyone going to buy this machine??

thats a big hell NO.yea i can get it from japan shipped to me here for about $1k less.still with no title as it would be here.2 strokes sux.but i also would rather have a ysr50 or if possible a ysr80 a whole lot more hop up parts avil.a tons or spares.you cant find s for that here.aprilla rs50 is a lot larger bike compare to a ysr50 or nsr50.idget this and big bore kit it cause its the same motor and whip i up on the street.haha

http://www.honda.co.jp/motor-lineup/solo/

or this its a 100cc motard from the factory.they have 131cc kit for it.

http://www.honda.co.jp/motor-lineup/ape/

japan gets the best stuff.

I already have a pocket rocket, although I rarely ride it because every time I do I have to fix it! They seem to break easy and I have smoekd the motor a couple of times. Every one that rides the thing hurts themselves on it. I really should sell it! It was a waste of like $2000.00

2 strokes blow a fat one, who wants to rebuild their top end instead of riding? mixing gas sucks and the 4 stroke bikes sound hella cool compared to a whiny *** 2 stroke, i can't stand'em, like most people, that's why they're being phased out.

Re: anyone going to buy this machine??

two strokes are being phased out cause they dont meet emissions
the nsr would spank a ysr so bad it aint funny
i ride a two stroke street bike and it takes a totally different way of riding than a four stroke and the smell of burning castor ,it has an oil tank so fill up at the station same as a 4 stroke
ill put my yamaha r5 350 twin up against any 600cc 4 cylinder i wont spank him but he aint going anywhere the frame technology is totally different animal
but im old and grew up on them i guess its different and you had to be there

the ole addage no replacement for displacement doesnt apply to 2 strokes
makes twice the power a 4 stroke does with the same displacement
and does it twice as quick

Re: anyone going to buy this machine??

2 strokes suck? yea right. They sound better than a 4, make more power, rev loads higher, and you dont need to adjust vavles all the time. You can geta 6 months out ofm rings and a year out of a piston. And 4 strokes cost more to repair and are harder to. 2 strokes smell 50 times better. Aint nothing like a 2 stroke hit. And they just screwing with emisions, 2 strokes will live. 4 STROKES SUCK. Whne the last time a 2 stroke lost to a 4 stroke with same displacment? in the 50s before cone pipes. And they are lighter.
