72 degrees and dribbling gas at 12 o'clock

It was 72 degrees here today, so I hadda get some riding in. After spending the day working on going 12 and riding out I gotta ask. Any advice on how to deal with the steady stream of gasoline dribbling from the carb while up? The only thing I've discovered that works is keeping it revving pretty high, but there has to be a better way. Help anyone?

no way to fix it. Someone should make something to tilt the carb at a 45* angle. Doin normail wheelies it'd be level, 12's it wouldn't be as bad, and it'd still work alright on two wheels.

What up guys. 1st time poster but long time looker.

Anyways, I had this problem a while back. What i did was take a part my whole carb, clean the crap out of it and put it back together. And wahlaa no more leaking gas at 12. I run at 12 untill the bowl runs out.

Just my 2 cents. I say try it out. It worked for me!!

till the bowl runs out it good, but that is normal, I along with others need it to stay running. Thats what Ryans aka on one wheel does.

Well, it fades out with doing costies, no throtle hand wheelies, no thortle hand 12s, spreader 12s and so on. R6dusty and I did a show last week and we could have used this.

But if your deal last two mins - that pretty good. any pics?

Re: 72 degrees and dribbling gas at 12 o'clock

Dans runs longer than mine, he saw first hand as soon as my bar scrapes and it drags about 5 foot the bike dies. no fun at all. I have got to get this part.
