Money woes prevent me from doing Daytona this year, so in the spirit of 50 brotherhood I'll pass this along. The Hooters thing was not what was being planned, it seems there is a go-cart track close to the Hooters across from the speedway that might be allowing 50 racing. Remove your kickstands and be ready for it. You did not hear this from me.

Gosh, I had figured everyone was racing on them by now, but this pic will explain about the kickstand. Locally we get to use tracks at least a few times a year, but most of the time we end up just making our own using used tires and traffic cones.

LOL.....I better remove my pegs then....my pegs scrape...all the time...

 

We have come to accept the fact that our pegs WILL be ground down into twin knives on eack side (and very sharp, too), but so far have not come up with any modification that makes any difference. I HAVE however done a quick disconnect mod on the kickstand. I'll add a pic if anyone's interested in doing the same, but if anyone has ideas for the pegs (other than keep replacing them) please post!!!
