I just put Red Baron bmx bars on and I used the stock cable. I just rerouted it from the left side of the frame to the right side and there you go.

I don't know if it will work with your setup but give it a try.

Hey when you put on the aftermarket billet thottle what do you put between the throttle and the handle bar? Anything? Lube or a plastic sleeve or anything? Or does the thottle metal ride on the bare bar metal. Thanx.

use a grease, preferably the black lithium, but i guess in all honesty it probably doesn't matter...under the throttle tube, but try not to get it on the clamping apparatus..you can achieve this by taking the assembly apart and not sliding the whole thing on there...should work smooth then

use teflon tape ( plumbers tape ) wont get clogged with dirt like grease does. I do that under the perches on my bikes to keep from snapping them off. lets em turn same thing should work for the throttle tube. my .02
