front sprocket seem loose

front sprocket seem loose

any body look at their front sprocket (crf50) their is a lot of play. i checked 2 fiddys and they are both like this. It seems really sloppy
why is that

how did u check? If you wiggled the chain ther s ovbisoly gonna be slop. If you toock of the cases or cut them and pushed on the front sproket and it wiggled tighten it up, it shouldnt.

yeah...i noticed that while tightening the chain. Looked real loose, but once the chain was tighter, i had no problems.

every 50 I have ever seen has that same front sprocket play.
must be normal. i asked someone i know at a honda dealer and he said all 50s are like that.

YOu might get more torque tightening it up if it moves.
