XR50 or pocketbike

I plan on getting one or the other with tax returns. What one does everyone suggest. Im 6'1" too, and have ridden a blata before and I feel like they are too small. What does everyone suggest?

I would say the pocketbike, but now that I have a fiddy I'm glad I got it. P.B.'s look pimp, but are too delicate, and aren't as good for stunting.

Ask yourself . . . .

are you looking to set up cones in a parking lot and race, or stunt and beat the **** out of the bike???

XR/CRF/Z ... Fiddy all the way. Buy a pocketbike next year. They're fun, but break down a lot and not good to beat/stunt on. They are 2 stroke and need rebuilds more often. Mixing gas sucks. And it's pull start, automatic 2 speed. No gears. Prozak has one studded and we rode it on the ice the other day. Fast, fun, but I would NEVER take one over a 50.

Different frames, suspension, wheels, and plastics, but the motors are practically identical. You can do just about anything on a Z you could do on an XR, except you pay half the price. The seat has a lot more cushion on the Z, too, which is nice if you're gonna be doing lots of riding.

Get a fiddy, put some scooter tires on the bitch, add some clip-ons and a street fairing kit and you're set. If you like sportbikes, you'll like this:

Honda 50 all the way, you can ride them hard, stunt em, jump em, crash em, try to destroy them..... and the XR/ CRF/ Z50 just laughs calls you a ***** and begs for more..... after you get out of the hospital.... that is.
