I had a seup for like 150$. U had to peice togather parts but u could make it cheaper than that even.

yep its the complete kit...the only thing you have to buy are grips for the bars

I priced out a bar clamp, throttle, BMX bars and longer brake cable off ebay and I'm at $115 . You can save a lot of money making one yourself.
