SWEET! cheap fork legs (+1 even!)

So after searching and searching trying to find a decent price on some +1 chromoly fork legs, I called a friend who has a ton of stuff built for him by some area machine shops. I told him what I needed and showed him the service manual picture of it and he said he could build me some w/out the fender mounts for free. he had some scrap laying around that is the exact same size and its heavy wall so it won't bend!..

he said we could grind off the old mounts from my bent forks and reweld them onto the new ones too..

so I'll post pics of it in the next couple of days to see how it came out. I told him how much they were online and he said he'd make a batch of em for $35/set if anyones interested..

I NEED SOME HELP WITHT THIS, I WOULD BE VERY THANKFUL IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME THE DIMENSIONS OF THE FORK LEGS WITH ONE INCH ADDED IN LENGTH.. I NEED O.D., AXLE HOLE SIZE AND OVERALL LENGTH....I'LL HOOK YOU UP WITH A DISCOUNT WHEN THESE COME IN IF YOU CAN HELP ME OUT!

I'll take a set as well. Have him weld a nut to the fork legs where the guards go. Simple solution.

Actually I know 3 guys that will take a set also. This guy could make some loot for sure.

$35 is a frikin steal.
