busted my fiddy on my first chance...

I live in MI, which has been cold and rainy, for the last 2 weeks, today its sunny and 48 degrees, so the first chance that I had I took my 3 month old fiddy out to work on my basic wheelie variations ( 1 handers, no footers, 12's etc.) I practice in a new condo complex with no homes yet , just 100's of yards of fresh asphalt.... I am doing loong high wheelies feeling really good, thinking that I will get my video camera and tripod out and film my session..... one last minger(big wheelie) before I go get my rig... pull it up foot slips off the brake( which is wasted from repeated crashes) and I loop it hard in 3rd gear at about 25mph... fiddy ghost wheelies about 25- 30 feet then crashes hard. case smacks on the curb and destroyes it... I mean there will be no JB welding this bitch, plus a bunch of the metal went inside the motor..... I don't know that much about the macanics of dirtbikes ,but I think that mine is F up.... So I am In the market for a new engine casing ... break lever side..... are there and good heavy duty aftermafket cases, or has anyone come up with a crash cage for the fiddy..... help I have to get back on my horse.... all you guys have mad fiddy skills, I need to be practicing so that I wont be a 50 squid next summer..... I will post a pic later.... Damn its 50 degrees outside and I cant ride! and on top of all that when I fell I got a big road rash on my left *** check.....oooh it burns..... later

seriously all u need is some duck tape my friend did the same exact thing and busted his case we tried jb welding and it didnt work then he just slapped a piece of duct tape on the whole rode his 50 for a while the motor heated up and the tape melted there. i couldnt believe it myself but the duct tape holds the oil in and he still uses his 50 and the tapes been there for a month

ya know, you can just bend out the stock brake lever with either two huge wreches or a c clamp and a jack handle...

HEy i got an idea free. I puched a hole in my Zs case a wile bakc and all we need to fix it was a little 2$ tube of this stuff called quicksteel. You could redo the whole side of the case with the amount u get in the package. Wat you do is cut off what u need, spread it around the whole and let it dry. If you think its to big just go little by little. I think it take an hour for it to dry. For 2 bucks its worth it to try. Hell send me ur adress and ill mail u wat i have if u cant find any.
