Question Opinions on a rear hand brake?

What does everyone think of handlebar mounted rear brakes? I was thinkin it might come in handy when stunting cause you don't have to worry bout your foot slipping off the footbrake. It'd also help when doing stunts where your feet aren't on the footpegs. I have heard they are a waste of money from alot of people. Why? Just lookin for some opinions on this...

I think it'd be cool. At first when i got my 50 i was used to a bmx bike where the rear brake is by your right hand and i flipped lots of wheelies because i grabbed the front brake by habit, thinking it was the rear. Now i'm kinda used to it and i dont loop it as much, but i still think itd be a cool mod. Maybe u could make one yourself w/ a bmx lever and a cable, and still keep the footbrake, like someone said the other day.
