Hi I found out that you can install fule fileter on the fiddys...Is this true? will this be helpful? or is it just a waste of a item, and money... you think I should buy it?

 

they alrdy have 2 on them i think, one at bottem of tank and one at top of carb.

 

there is 1 on the petcock and thats it, there no filter at the top of the carb!? u can put an inline fuel filter in ther. They are like $5 at your local shop, definately wont hurt anything.

 

There is no need to use a fuel filter on your xr, unless there is crap in your tank, then you need to dump it out and clean it.

My Zfiddy Needed the filter because the tank was metal and it started rusting inside, and there was no way to clean it.

In otherwords, If its for a XR/CRF DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

 

For $3-7 bucks its is a great investment , less debri in the engine the better. Time- fuel filter installation mabey 2 minutes flat. So I guess if yourCHEAP *** Dosent have 5 bucks and 2 minutes to spare, you already have problems.
