bent fiddy forks

I was ridin today and hit a little hole.. both fork legs bent back.. is this normal? Where can I find replacements or how do I repair them, any advice?

Hey there, I had checked previously on mine... The 93 Z50, the front end is available through Honda for I beleive 2 bones CDN..

On the XR's I am unsure, but I would imagine that they would be a little more than that... UNSURE??... Hope that helps.

holy cow..i just called Honda of Tulsa.. they want $70/each for these things..

will i have any issues with heatin them up and bendin them back?

unless they are like $10, i'm going to try getting a propane torch and heatin em up..

anyone know if 2200degrees is enough to heat them up to where they will bend back easily?

fix em till they break off totaly then buy some sano or 5 0 fork legs.

Did you bend the aluminum lower fork legs or the upper steel fork legs?

The lowers can be had for $100 online in Cro-moly so they are much stronger than the stockers. The upper forks are all over EBAY used. I see them everyday.

I don't know because I have the five-o plus 1 fork legs on mine.
I know the best thing to buy if your in the budget status, this part is only 50 to 60 bucks... thear small cylinder shaped rods,and sence your stock fork legs aren't solid, you just drive the cylinder rods into the forks.
