For the "lower end" Cameras you can't beat the Sony TRVs.

If you want a high end camera. Look at Canon

I have a top of the TRV line Sony 39, it kicks ***....91vempo runs a TRV 38..... both are great, corny I would hardly call anything over a TVR 33 low end.... they are over $800 retail, and the only canon mini dv that rated better than the Sonys is a canon XL1 which retails for $4300, make sure that you compare apples to apples.

A sub $1k camera is considered low-end and that is why I put the " - " around it

And the XL1 is a kickass camera.

BTW I have a TRV-27 that kicks *** and does everything I need it for. I've had 0 problems in the last 18 months of owning it

I am going to work all winter, spring , and summer to try to gather enough footage for my first video in the fall of 04 , I want it to be stylish so I have to upgrade my computer, and learn film making basics first.... I want to do a mostly street stlye film, but I also want jumping, racing, and of course girls.... how do you guys feel about a colaboration of video footage from stuntlife 50 riders all over the country/world.... get to work on your footage! oh I am not in this to try and make money.... its just a hobby thanks FREE
