pullin off some circles...

aight, last night i would like to note that i got pulled over by the police and they laughed at us. casey and i screaming around town cause we got lost, and there was the po pos....
he just lectured and laughed and thought we were crazy cause we were in a gangster town of which people get shot at.

well anyway...before we got kicked out of safeway parking lot....

i was pulling off circles in second. trying to get it up as high as i can. using the brake and slowly leaning it....

well after the first circle i noticed the diameter is pathetic meaning its a damn big circle but the question is how do you keep em consistent and small.

tight circles over and over again.

my ride: crf50, no idle and pretty much stock....do you guys jack up the idle to help out?

some pointers would help.

you gotta be good to get em tight in 2nd cause you gotta be goin slower to keep them tight. Its alot easier in first cause you can go as slow as you need to and always be in the revs. 2nd bogs real easy when trying to keep them within 1-2 parking spaces until you get good. Seat position is important too. if you are circling to the left, you obviously want the bike to lean in to the left. You want your body to be verticle not leaning, so in this scenario you will be sitting on the right edge of the seat. This way if the bike dips, you can easily shift your body to the outside or if it tries to run wide, you can shift to the inside.. Like gixxernick said, you want to be kinda choppy on the throttle. Experiment with it and you will see what he means. The better you get the less choppy they will look cause you will have smaller faster chops instead of big nasty throttle chops. Try to take it as easy as possible on the brake as well. You want to ride the brake a little though since you will be being a little choppy on the gas so you can avoid that chain/tranny slop.

fab5fiddy is a decent person
that chain slop goes away if its tight enough. i mean dont tighten it so much that its stretchin but u know. the tranny does however have a lil slop that cant be takin up. another thing, make sure u are at the balance point or even higher. no power wheelies here. take your feet off the pegs if u need to balance out real qiuck. it will come to u, just like str8 up wheelies did.
