Talking The new guy with the new CRF50

I'm making my first post finally! I've been around for awhile, but I never bothered to post anything until now. I got a brand new 2004 CRF 50 last week and I'm havin alot of fun with it. It is still bone stock, but I have some bar clamps and bigger bars for it. I need to wait for some money to get a new throttle and new brake and throttle cables and I'll be set. I'm actually getting used to riding it with the little stock handlebars. It's not too hard, you just need to remember to keep your knees outta the way on sharp turns. Anyone else have one of the new CRF 50's yet?

Oh, for some pictures go to;

Look under the CRF 50 folder.

Yea, the CRF is just updated plastics and graphics. It's kind of annoying cause I keep callin the damn thing an XR. Mabye it's a bit lighter too.

I have an 04 CRF! Got it 10/04 for $1185. Its bone stock. I like the CRFs better then the XRs. I plan to add a sano clamp with tag bars and applied throttle soon. Then the ishock and five-0 fork leg kit. Then later down the line will be a 88cc kit with a port and polished head, pegs, shifter, tall seat, swing arm etc ( i could go on for days...haha) . Have fun with the fiddy! I've been riding mine like crazy.

That's cool. Haha, I was just ridin around and I fliped the stupid thing on top of me. I was doing a wheelie and I hit a little drainage pipe stickin out of my front lawn. Got some big air off it, but landed in a wheelie position. Got a face full of handlebars .
