Biggest I've seen with a stock swing arm is a pirelli 100/80/10 that was ment for a polini pocket bike.

3.0 zippy tires everyone here says there the sh*t, they look and sound like real sportbike tires, they even make a "CHIRP" when you land wheelies just like the big bikes.also I here that they last well also.
