OK, a buddy of mine bought the tag mini play bars and put fork springs in as well. the bar kit is supposed to work with stock cables, however, i knew that he would need a longer front brake cable. He ordered two bros cable and 2 things are wrong. There is too much play in the throttle cable. And the front brake cable doesnt fit into the slot for the brake lever. Wondering if anyone else has had this problm and if so, how did you fix it, or what cables should i tell him to use.

 

I have Tag mini bars and a Red Barron triple clamp, I used stock cable,just turned throttle assembly down to free up some slack, and rerouted the stock cable to free up another 1" or so. OH sorry I just noticed that he put in springs which add an inch of height to his bike, but I think the stock cable should reach.
