Exhaust Systems?

What exhaust systems do you guys prefer? Do I need to mess with the carb or main jets after I install the aftermarket pipe?

i run and LOVE the sano exhaust. not very people know about it because it isnt listed on the site [yet] but it adds power, looks great and sounds awesome! oh i almost forgot it's tucked away so you dont burn your leg on the pipe.

Is that a SiK50's swingarm? Cause if it is, they went through alot of trouble taking off the King Racing USA tag on it, then using bondo to fill in the holes.
