2012 TTR-50 New dual-cable throttle...

Hi everyone...
I just got a new 2012 TTR-50.
I also ordered the complete Red Baron Handle Bar kit.
For 2012, the TTR-50 now has a dual-cable throttle system.
The RB kit comes with a single cable throttle.
I am a complete newbie and don't know how to get this to install/work.
Any ideas?

Why the hell would yamaha make something so simple, complicated like that?

Sorry, but I have no input for you. Honda FTW when it comes to 50s.. good luck.
