Here is the pic of the gun. it comes in a case with charger and and powder cup.

I have 3 different ovens.
1. i built from sheet metal that is about 3x2.5x6
2. is a regular oven for doing small parts
3. is a toaster oven for doing levers and things.

here is a link of my buddies to show how to use the gun and the quality.

made my oven from 26gauge sheet metal and 2x4 metal studs and lots of rivets. The insulation i used is a 2000 degree rated insulation. the walls are 2 inches thick. i used 4 elements from some old ovens i found on craigslist. my oven is a 240. the smaller ovens i have a 110.

I don't have access to a 240 outlet, where did you get a 110 oven from?

i found the 110 on craigslist for free. a lady was throwing it out. they are harder to find, but the 240 is the way to go i you do big stuff it heats faster.

Re: For Sale: Craftsman Powder Coat Gun.

i would try ebay for the elements and panel. no need to buy the whole oven and just make your own out of sheet metal. if your just going to powdercoat your own stuff its cheaper to take it and get it done, but if you powder coat peoples it will pay for its self fast. worst part is sand blasting all the crap.
