Circles...

So I finally started getting circles tonight...it's my second night riding in over 10 months..torn ACL in August. I tried them on wednesday and couldn't get half a rotation, put some air in the tire tonight and bam pretty much first try and I got it. I'm not as smooth obviously and the most in a row was 2, but hey I can finally do it. Just need some seat time now to make them tighter and more consecutive I got some video with my iPhone since I forgot to charge my camera. I'll post some stuff up later this weekend after I get some more footage.

.....but my *** is killing me from the lack of riding, **** monkey butt (<----feel like this guy right now)

Re: Circles...

Hell yeah, air in the tire makes circles turn easier. Less air in the tire makes straight balance side to side easier. Keep doin what u doin.......You're only in as much pain as ur mind believes that ur in. If u dont have time to think about pain, then chances are u feel less pain......=-)

No **** huh, good thing it only weighs 100lbs!! The tire is pretty firm now..not like i'm new to this so it didn't affect the straight line stuff at all. I see a lot of guys have their bars leaning forward more than just straight up and down, is there a reason or just prefference? My legs are kinda long, 6'2" tall, so i'm having trouble getting my foot through the bars and I was thinking this might help some.

Re: Circles...

Bars forward means your hands are higher when in a wheelie.

Re: Circles...

I might try pushing them forward a little tonight, might also give me that little extra i need to swing my leg through instead of hitting them.
