is this normal?

I have a stock fiddy I just got. my bro flipped it and after that the front wheel was not facing straight. I kicked it a few times in the other direction to straighten it out. it worked but now I'm worried. is this normal? should I worry about it?

I notice sometimes if I am beating up on the poor fiddy to bad the front wheel does not point strait when the bars are . I just bang the bars to the other side a few times to fix it . Kinda like you did with your old bmx bike when the gooseneck would get tweaked in the head set .

Mine does it alot too and I just kick it back. I was worried at first but now it's like who cares it just goes back to normal. Nothing bad has happened so far so hopefully it's all good.

whatever it was I straighten them out already. just hit them a few times till straight. I was wondering if when I get stronger hubs/wheels and forks, will it be the same?

Ya... did the same thing... I took the front tire off... checked out the forks.... I examined the facker for an hr... finally got pissed... put the tire back on and kicked the **** out of it.... and holy **** .. it worked................. Well kinda anyway. If I jump ... or come down from a wheely too hard... it kicks back over a bit.... Then I proceed to lean over the bars and wack the bastid with my hand.. haha! Honeslty I think I might have a bushing problem. I'm gonna take the forks apart tomorrow.... so will see!

The forks are twiseted. That happens on my z50 or xr100. I stand out in front off it and i put the tire between my legs.
Then i twist the bars the way they need to be twisted. It happens on my sister xr75 too (yes a 75, a 1977 model).
