88cc stage III kit

So I've been debating since I blew my seals anyways and the engine wont hold oil and is idling really funny about getting the stage III kit from 50stunt.com I'm also 215 lbs so the extra kick wouldnt hurt. Are those engine kits good or whats the word? Is it even worth the money to bump to the 88cc? Thank you.

Re: 88cc stage III kit

Every 50 stunt crf50 I build gets the stage III 88cc kit. They are great motors and make it way more fun to ride with the extra power. Straight line combos, circle combos, railin turns, it works good for all of it.

I did the stage I and it works great huge power change... And i dont know why it would be harder to learn BP... I feel like i have way more room for error and weight change with the kit ..

Alot more power to get to bp and if you start coming down just hit it and it's there.

Re: 88cc stage III kit

With the stage III 88cc kit would it be a good idea to get the manual clutch kit to? Does anyone run this set up? I want to beef up my 50 but not sure about the clutch option. If i don't do the manul clutch kit do i HAVE to upgrade to the HD auto clutch?

I run a Takegawa manual clutch with a AHP 4 speed with my motor. Clutch opens up so much more, and you can learn how to work the clutch instead of being on the HB. Not to mention clutchin up 3rd gear and coasting 4th. Wait till you want to start learning unis, thats a whole different story...

I did the HD auto from TB while it was apart but I was gonna leave the stock one to see how long it lasted. if you do the oil pump you have to take the clutch assembly off so might as well upgrade. I liked the auto that's why I kept it.
