Bmx bars?

I heard of people doing this but is it worth it. I already have a bike that I think the bars would be ok. But what else do I have to buy to make sure the throttle works and everyhting and how hard is it to do? Thanks

Depending on the bars you may need longer cables or else you will have to reroute the stock cables along the outside of the bike.

IF YOU GET LONGER CABLES, DONT FORGET TO GET A CARB TOP THAT WILL WORK FOR IT. YOU MIGHT ALSO INVEST IN A NEW THROTTLE AND FRONT BRAKE LEVER. I HAD TO REPLACE ALL OF THIS. HOPE EVERYTHING WORKS OUT, LATA DOG

Would it be cheaper and easier just to go ahead and buy bigger bars with all the stuff needed?
