Cant get my tires to sit straight..

I need help, hahaa. I put on my IRC MB38s and I cant get them to roll/sit evenly on the rim. Any ideas? I tried windex and like almost everything that is "slick" and will help the tire pop the bead. Is my air compressor not putting out enough CFM at first? YA know, like do I need something that has tons of pressure right off the bat to pop the bead?

I think my wheels are Red Barons, not stock. MAybe they are a POS?

Try baby powder. Pour some inside the rim and hand coat the tube if you have one. Then hand coat the rim and tire bead. Helped me get the pirellis straight. If that doesn't work you may just have the wrong size tire for that rim.

I always do the baby powder. But these **** needed 130psi. I has to use.regulated high pressure air at my work today to get them to sit straight.
