Re: is it worth it?

if you were gonna rock it how it is i'd say sure, but if you're gonna put some actual money into it then it'll probably just be a ticking time bomb. it looks like it's been ridden in dirt a lot. a kid i know had a china bike. i rode it and it did not feel good to me at all.

but hell, it's 250 bucks. could turn out to be a blast.

Re: is it worth it?

around here you're probably gonna get a lot of similar opinions on any china bike. i think that 110 looks in much better shape. i'd ask on planetminis or something where they have a lot more experience with the china bikes

the metal these bikes are made out of though seriously isn't even worth its weight. they are poorly made and will fall apart on you

Re: is it worth it?

China made bikes are much like fat chicks. They are fun as hell to ride, but u dont want to let your friends catch you riding one, LoL...=-)

PS: IMO, i would find a cheap XR/CRF and let your buddies crash it. I found my ole lady an 03 XR for $300 and she hasnt torn it up yet.......=-)

Re: is it worth it?

I had an SSR 110 before i bought my 06 crf50. I sold the SSR just so i could buy the crf and keep money in my pocket. Then i just added all the stunt parts. So i probably have about $1500 worth of aftermarket parts in my $500 crf50, but its damn worth it......I crash the biatch as often as i can, and its still going strong......The red one is my ole ladies XR that i bought her to play on. She mostly rides it in the pits during my track day sessions..........See even i wouldnt let her ride some POS China made bike.
