i was thinking of doing this .. does it work good ?? as in the stopping power.

Works just as good as the expensive stuff!



On a side note, I use a 525 Master link Plate, for the rear part (picture one) but also cutting a piece of steel and drilling holes from scrap is the same thing

And on the 2nd picture, you can use a BRAKE perch, me and all my friends run that setup

All you really need to purchase for a hand brake is a cable, and lever, the rest can be fabbed up dirt cheap/free

here is a pic of mine using a brake perch. However I purchased a 50 stunt brake arm, which now I just ghetto my own setup just like Jolaz did. Btw, if you want to get gangster, you could also make the brake arm even LONGER and make the foot brake work better, I haven't done it, but I think I'm going to do it soon as I get my 50 back

it cost me around 3$ hehehe.....cause im here at the philippines and yes! the stopping power is good

i just had to do your design with the 50stunt kit, i installed it just like the video said, but it bent the brake rod and the rod snapped on me!!!! i had to get a new brake rod and i set it up like yours
