I'm looking to get a 12 bar from 50stunt.com I like the design and the price is decent. I just want to know if anyone has had problems with them or anything?

 

umm i havent heard any problems i got a freestle injunity one dont really like um casue will hitt ya legs offf it all the time.

 

I havent had any problems with any of my parts from 50stunt. However i will say i have seen "some" people bend their sub-frames with some of the 12 bars. Some bars were home made and others were name brand bars. But the bars are NOT to blame fully. The riders are the people who couldnt control slapping the 12 bar on the concrete so hard. So after a few hard slaps, YEAH the sub-frame is going to weaken........IF u dont have much brake control. IMO, i wouldnt even get a 12 bar just yet. For the simple fact that ANY 12 bar can bend the sub-frame with an uncontrolled rider. Without the 12 bar, u will most likely just scrap the rear plastic and scarp the sub-frame. But its unlikely u will bend it...........But if u are good enough at control and u wish to have a 12-bar. IMO, i would go with 50stunt all the way. Great quality and damn fast shipping.....I'm a 50stunt customer for life just because of that....=-)

i've rode alot of fiddys and i dont like any that have bars on em, in my opinion you dont need a bar on a fiddy just my no hate intended

 

I feel you on that but I do gata say I only use them for stagard whellies scraping a 50 at true 12 ockloc is just dumb lol but Freestyle Ingenuity looks the best imo

 

ya hear ya there i got my leg cut and stuff on mine and will hit legs all the time on them better off makin a round bar for it

 

I wouldn't mind having a round bar for mine, but I don't have any idea how to make a good one. Input?

 

I got pretty good brake control it's just I find it very hard to scrape straight plastic on a 50. Heres a video of me trying to scrape:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=An-4maUTCqQ

 

I kinda feel the same way because your legs would always hit the bar, but they are still sweet for long scrapes.

 

On my fiddy I gotta go back further than 12'oclock it seems like, it gets real scary trying to scrape straight plastic.

 

i had problems with mine i cost me 2 frames i keep snaping them. you can hit your fender u got to be going ***** out and hit it fast slam you rear brake.

 

I don't think it is possible to scrape plastic. You would have to be at about 2:oo to do it. Also if you built a round bad I think it would stick way out in order to scrap.

 

yeah I don't know of anyone that has scraped there rear fender. I think another part about it is to protect the rear fender from when you to a wheelie and you go to far and let the bike go then it'll hit the rear fender. My rear fender is all scraped up from the previous owner and from my friends trying to wheelie on it.

 

50 stunt works fine. and id never want a 50 without one because is fun as **** to 12 and it doesnt get in my way for anything else

 

I have a 50 stunt 12 bar that I just took off my 50 if anyone wants it. It's basically new but I am converting my bike to dirt so I don't need it anymore. PM me if your interested.

I will take $85 shipped for the 12 bar and it is basically brand new.

I also have a 50 stunt advanced handbrake kit with a red ASV shorty lever, 50 stunt front pegs with sliders, 50 stunt rear pegs, and 50 stunt extended brake arms. All the 50 stunt parts are black.I am not sure if I want to sell this stuff yet but if I put disc brakes on the bike I will.

 

I've seen 2 people do it . There is a vid on youtube also , i think .

 

Let me know when you want to sell the 50stunt stuff . Not the 12 bar though , i don't need that .
