Re: hell yea for honda

Well, they are the best no doubt but not indestructible.

I'm on my 3rd one in as many years. My son on his second. I've seen twisted bars, busted throttle tubes, a pierced tank, twisted foot peg brackets, broken and tweeked forks and triple clamps, busted rear shocks, busted spokes, a cracked engine case, numerous broken and cracked sub frames at 12 bar, busted chains, busted sprockets ect.. ect.. list goes on and on.

That said, I have to say I have never had a serious engine problem on the stock Honda 50's (knock on wood). I truely consider them bullet proof.

Now the aftermarket minis are total **** compared to the Honda. You cant have a short ride without troubles! Vibrating shitty little death traps they are! You REALLY UNDERSTAND how tough the Hondas are after experiencing the wanna be's.

Yeah, the ones we have now are. The rear pegs act as sliders and the bars and footpegs and 12 bar absorb the rest.

Learning to ride them decent has helped as well. The damage to the old ones was a learning curve.

Re: hell yea for honda

really the only trouble i have had out of mine is the shifter bending (soon to get 50 stunt flex shifter) and the front forks and wheel getting missaligned. but who cares when the front is up in the air anyway.

The stock forks suck, you need the chromo legs and delrin bushings and you'll be dialed in. Stock fork legs and handlebars gotta go to build a strong street killer, a rear shock is nice to have too.

Re: hell yea for honda

I drop mine from time to time when i forget what the rear brake is, LoL

50stunt rear stunt pegs hold their own, though mine are black and i have scratched the tips from the drops (but a black marker covers the scrapes up, LMAO). 50stunt parts are worth every dollar spent on them. Couldnt ask for better quality at suck a descent price...=-)

Also, the big bars will hold up as well. My bike usually hits the rear pegs first, then the bars hit next. The pegs break the fall, but the rest is up to the bars. I have a complete BBR front end, so i will stand for the quality..........But IF i was building another, i'd put the complete 50stunt front end on it. Because i know for a fact how good the quality is on Ryans chit, LoL......All in all, either is better than those stock POS's any day of the week.....Spend the money and do it right. Or keep spending the money and rebuilding the stock chit...Your choice.......=-)

Re: hell yea for honda

Never broke anything on my fifty thanks to 50stunt parts, the only thing that ever happened was my friend looped the **** out off it and tweaked the subframe a bit, but that was an easy fix. Big up 50STUNT.
