Wat Can I Paint On My 50

DOSE ANY ONE KNOW IF I CAN TAKE BOTH MY SIDE COVERS SO I CAN POWDER COAT WAT EVER IS METAL ON THE BIKE LET ME KNOW AND I ALSO WILL DO IT FOR SOME MONEY AND IM CHEAP ILL EVEN DO IT IN POLISH HOLLA AT ME OR CALL ME 610-570-2350 JAY

Are you asking if the plastics come off? Yes the whole bike can be taken apart and you'll need to strip it down pretty far to do what your asking.

Powdercoat it and then Line-X the plastics....Or hell, you could even just Line-X the whole bike. Heres the 600RR with the Line-X.....w00t!!!!!

You can paint almost everything on the 50. the only thing im not sure about is the actual engine block.....But everything else is fine.

The covers are metal , you can powder coat those too . I think to powdercoat aluminum is a little different process though .
I think both covers are aluminum . Stick a magnet to them . No stick = aluminum

If you haven't ever taken the clutch cover off before , i suggest you do some searching on dis-assembly and installation . Planetminis or fiddylife or danosbikeshop install help .

IF UR GONNA PAINT THE MOTOR USE HI TEMP EXHAUST PAINT AND U CAN POWDERCOAD ALUMINUM NO PROBLEM. WHEELS CASE CVRS ANYTHING.....MY BIKE WHEELS AND TRUCK WHEELS ARE ALUM. AND CAME OUT GREAT.

Powdercoating is a baking process . For aluminum , i think they throw in an extra chemical so the coating lasts longer .

im pretty sure you can buy aftermarket magnesium covers and yes stainless is a non-ferrous metal.
