Ive never done a full build thread before but once its DONE in the next month or 2 i'll do a full write up of start to finish with all the details. Until then....Here are a couple of mine the way it was back in September.
Since these were taken i put the 12 bar back on which is coated to match the frame.
Its also being changed over this winter to black cases, black wheels and black bars.
Ya dig?

Thanks guys. I appreciate the comments. I have alot of time and money in that thing.
So you guys think I should keep the chrome & polished pieces instead of go black?
Ive heard that from a few people so maybe my idea of changing it isnt a good one.
Its powder coated. I had Tirado Custom Coatings out of Texas do all of my powder coating work. Swinger, frame, forks, peg bar and brake lever. GREAT customer service and about any color known to man.
Its called "DAZZLING BLUE". It looks SICK in the sunlight. Its a 2 stage with metallic in it.
Thanks man. Regarding your exhaust..... not sure what you have in mind exactly but most shorties sound like butt in my opinion. They're way too loud. My Yosh is crazy loud but sounds good. Not raspy like the no muffler / short setups.You'll more than likely need to re-jet the carb. It'll lean the bike out going too short with no restriction if thats what you had in mind.

I got nothing on JROD, but here's mine at the present. Hoping to tear it down soon for some PC.
I drew the graphics in CAD, Photoshopped them and of course printed/installed them too. Definitely a one-off now, but this was just a test print and fitment for them. Hell, these were even printed on the "speed" setting versus the "quality" setting Definitely more to come soon.

i am pritty sure if you wanna keep the honda logo you are going to have to paint or pc. i have painted a couple engines and frames and i have always used dupli color engine enamel and never had a problem. prep work is the key!

Sweet. As much as I want to PC, it'd be so much easier to paint it. Going to have to do something, maybe anodizing, the forks though. Black Oxide every screw/bolt/nut/washer too.

i am tearing mine done as soon as i get the 88kit(tomorrow or monday)
repainting it all and gettng fresh plastics!
