or you could have just ran down to home depot and pick up and 1/4 air nossle barb and drill and jb weld that, works just the same, and is somewhere between the free-$10 range.

Supposably it does... it's supposed to release the pressure inside the head and let the engine rev quicker. I was going to make mine but I never got around to it.

could go one step further and put another barbed end in the exhaust and have the exhaust draw out the pressure.
