ran the bike for about 20 min, the thing lost spark. I changed everything electrical,but the stator. Still no spark. I then changed the stator i had spark ran it for 15-20 min, the thing lost spark. please help.

was anything else affected along with the stator? did you replace your grounding block and check all your connections? either that was your problem all along, or something is shorting out. get back to me i can probably help you out here. sucks i wish i could see it.

 

I dont know yet if i messed anything else up yet , but i have got new cdi and coil . now im going to get a new stator and check all my wires, thanks for the reply. i will talk to you more after i get my new stator.

 

i did not change anything,went out tonight kicked it over andhad spark for 10 sec then no spark, what the ----?

well i got my parts,ran it for about 10 min and it has done ok. It seems to be getting real hot what would that be? maybe to much idle and not so much moving, since it is air cooled? And thanks again for your help.

 

that would be my guess. oil level ok? ride it for a while see how it works.

 

i'll ride it this weekend and let you know.
