12 bar dimensions

does anyone have the dimensions of their 12 bar on your 50? I'm going to try to make my own, and it would help to have some directions. also, can you post pics of yours so I can get an idea? thanks a lot

here is one. this bar is removeable and adjustable with one allen wrench. when removed nothing protrudes to guillotine your mellon. a helmet would help though.

If you have any questions about installing it... feel free to email us. We'll do our best to help ya. Should be very very easy to install and take off when wanted. Easy to adjust ..i think 4 adjustments are open (I could be wrong...brother made them not me) Tools needed just an allen wrench and a few bolts and drill... no welding needed.

YAH I GOT IT im the one from vallejo.. but it came yesterday or maybe tuesday, didnt check the PO box on tuesday, yah it was a breeze to install. Mounted it up with the can mount bolt and drilled the holes. One gripe though, you guys should at least include the mounting hardware, I mean it wasnt hard to find stuff, but i had to make a trip to a hardware store to get some nuts and bolts. I guess im just used to getting stuff with all the hardware included. but not a big deal. just my $.02..

But the bar rocks!! a-1 qualityi havent scraped it yet, just need some more practice, and to get used to the feeling of being rocked back sooo far

Your right...send my brother the email and give him some feed back. ie....need the few bolts needed to install instead of going to the hardware store. lol Glad you like it. This is the second version that is made from C & C programmed machines and I have seen fools that weigh like 200+ pounds busting 12's hitting hard and the bar holds up great.

The adjustment in height is easy huh? I like it to. btw check out those triple clamps for stock bars about a 2 inch extention for us bigger kids and the triple clamp for big bars. great setup.

Let us know if we can help out in any way...also I live in the Bay but bro is in Sacramento.

cool ill drop a line to him.. bar looks real effin sturdy. fit well too. only other thing i can think of is metric allens for the extension. i searched forever to find a metric hex in my tool box finally used a torx driver and tapped it in but yah other than that.. good craftsmanship. :YEAH

Yo Baker thnx I havent put it on yet, because i got a new dirtbike last night so i've been messing with it.
mine came with all screws i think, but it seems simple enough to put on and i like the fact you can adjust it to your needs!!! Looks like it's made to hold up for 12's parking , ghostin, and even apehangers, now i just got to practice to get the skillz for all that.

thnx again for the quality work, i'll message you when i get it on!!
