Ticket?

Is there anyone who lives in California that has had their license pulled or suspended or gotten a ticket from riding in the street?
My buddy keeps telling me that im gonna get fucked as well as my dad. my buddy was 15 almost 16 and he was riding his 80 in the street and a cop in his neighborhood pulled him over and suspended his license for a year longer so he couldn't get it till he was 17.
Whats it cost to make a fiddy street legal?
Pics??

Re: Ticket?

They have kits on ebay. Hell, you can get a rechargeable battery pack and buy some mini chopper lights off ebay and make a head and tail setup cheaper than buyin the whole street legal kit.

yep, thats happened to me a couple times, had to push it back, no tickets though... one time it was during the woodward dream cruise, had to push them 4 miles in the sun (well two miles the cops followed us, then we were like, there gone! And rode the rest of the way!! ):YEAH

Re: Ticket?

yeah it definately wont pass there. the cops are ******. i did a show up there and to be honest with you i didnt even load my bike up in my truck when i was done i rolled it into the bars patio and i even worried about it then. but you can buy a 50 that is already street legal cause if they were done before a certain date its all good. like mine i have a plate for but its not done up to be street legal anymore
