I just picked up a used XR50 and noticed that I kept getting my hand stuck between the throttle and the brake lever and almost lost the bike a few times while trying to wheelie.. so can the brake lever be switched to the left side or is the brake lever adjustable to push it out farther?

lol I think the kid before dropped it and the brake lever is bent torward the throttle.

 

Just put it on the other side. As long as the cable has enough slack it should be fine.

 

Not if he has a stock throttle assembly .

Just buy a new lever and perch . Left side is for the h/b or clutch .
