hella funny story, I got pulled over riding my crf50 through the quiet city streets. I guess someone called the cops on me while i was workin on my sit down wheelies, which went on for a good 3 hours straight, until the police roll up, some young guy. He asked me to take my helmet off. I did. so now he strolls back to his pig- err.. cop car and radio's frickin' backup. haha i literally laughed but hid it pretty quick. lol. anyway, the backup was a much older cop who seemed more confused about what to do in the situation as the first cop. I swear to to god. As the much older cop scratched his head, he mumbles.. "well, we could write him up for unregistered vehicle I guess..." you can only imagine what I'm thinking at this point. dumbasses.... anywho they end up turning towards me and asking me, "what do you think we should do?" I was like, WTF? So i looked at both of them, kinda looked around, then came up with something, and it went like this: "tell ya what, I was being safe, I was doing it in a quiet neighborhood, I was making sure there were no other cars on the road, and I've lived here my entire life... come on..." And yes I did really say "come on." repeatededly actually. the were both just kinda lookin at eachother and the young guy goes, " let me see your glasses, does your helmet have eye protection?" well no, it didn't because it was a DB helmet. so I simply said "no." And they proceeded with informing me that it is a law that I wear eye protection when operation a motorcycle or some bullshit... so you know what I said? I straigt up go, "I understand there are technicallities, but honestly, come on. This is just silly. If you just let me off with a warning I wont do it again." so they let me off with a warning rightlfully so and I pushed my bike home.

thats funny ****........i just moved into a new neighborhood in jan and bought my SDG a month lata. but its kinda nice cuz i live at the end of the block and no one has built past me so i have like an 1/8 mile streach i can ride around of no one has called me in knock on wood. but i noticed the other day another guy in the block has a pw/ttr 80 and the ppl down the block ride their 4 wheeler all over so i may beable to pull this off:D

 

yeah it's the next day now and i'm still laughing about it. lol. seriously, one of the cops didn't even wanna make eye contact with me cause he knew he was full of ****. hella funny.

 

u would love ocean city cops.... we ride on one in the next lane to them down the strip and they dont do ****...... ftp i would have rode on them suckas
