Naw my best with the stock Formula brakes was 150ft, and I can do about 200ft on my friends that has a bigger disc then mine did... As I started to roll in the 100ft + range with mine, I started cooking the brakes thats why I did this custom setup....

As long as I can come in the top of 4th and 5th roll one out, and not have to wait for the brakes to cool down before I can use them again I'll be happy:YEAH

So you guys are using mtn bike brake setups then? How did you mount the disk to the wheel? And then did you fab a custom bracket for the caliper? Or is it just an aftermarket wheel with disk brake mount and aftermarket forks w caliper mount. Sorry i might be kinda outta the loop on this. but goin to GOOD disk brakes is something i'd really consider, i've been messing with my drums forever and they jus suck.
