FNG to the board.

Whats going on? Just checking this site out. I think I am going to boost up the kids fiddy so I am cruising for parts.

I bought them an 03 XR but it is so much fun I am going to buy them a new one and set up the one we just got. Urban assault on these things is a shitload of fun.

Here is a picture of my bikes.

edit: why can't I post a GD picture from snapfish? ARGGGGGGH!!!

A little of this and that. Flipped it doing a roller stoppie last year so I did a little paint.

It is a 2000 Husqvarna SM610S. The bike came from the factory set up as a motard. I put a short front fender on it and peeled all of the stickers off. That is about it.

Motards are sick stunt bikes. If I had the skills I could do all the stunts that sportbikes can do. Plus I can bust off road and jump without fear of blowing my fork seals. Right now I am trying to get back to the stoppies but I am still spooked. The bike spanked me hard.

Here is a side photo of it. I am thinking about getting rid of it. I want to do a Yamaha motard now. WR450F.

Thats sweet man, how much you gotta drop for a bike already setup like that for motard?

I been wanting to sport one of those for stunts for a while the street bike scene is played out and plastics are expensive I want something I can bust stunts on and then when i want to run it down a dirt road to hit some jumps I can. I have been looking at the WR450F also thats a sick ride

I paid $4000 for it. You can buy it now for that same price.

I bought that Husky slightly used off some old guy. He thought it would be cool to race the team Ducati guys on it. Mitch Hansen, the owner of HMC racing hit him on the track and ended that idea really quick.

If you buy the WR450F you are going to have serious dollars into it. $6500 OTD with knobbies on it. Add another $2000+ for 17" rims, brakes and light kit so it will be street legal and that is a shitload of money. Look for a used WR400 or WR426. I was just looking around for those two models on traderonline.com and found a few for right around $2500.

My bike weighs about 320lbs. I think the WR450F is around 250 lbs(?). Serious difference. My bike is also a 576cc single 4 stroke. Power off the bottom like you wouldn't believe. First gear slow wheelies or run them through sixth gear and set them down at about 90 mph. That doesn't seem fast, but on a dirtbike?!?!?!

I gave up sportbikes because I feared for my license. Ya know, the high speed stuff. Now I fear losing my license because I am always on the rear tire.

If you want to know about motards, hit me up. I gots knowledge.

big front brake.

I am thinking about that black bodywork for sale in the store. Having a fiddy to match the motard would be friggin cool.

Thats a nice XR6fiddyR. You got it hooked up just right.

When you are riding around in your area,if you happen to see a black Husky motard, stay away. It is a NOX. Bad *** bike. At least I think it is still in your area.

I can't believe there is another motard on stuntlife.
