xr50 or kx60

See i am having a hard time deciding on to get either a kx60 or xr50. See me and my friends riding around in the streets going fast. I dont want to get an xr50 because I'm afraid its to slow and will be left behind and I dont want to put thousands of dollars into a little ol fiddy. My friends have kx80s and kx100s and ktm65s we are a little dirtbike gang and I have an rt100 but I am selling to get a kx60. I know the kx60 is way faster than the xr50 because I have seen both of them go at it before and the kx60 has 6 gears and the xr has 3. And a man is selling his 1998 kx60 with gear and other stuff for only $1000 and a new xr 50 cost $1250 out the door.Which one shouls I get?

Sounds like you made up your mind already.
Get the KX - it's faster.

And then change your name to KX60Rider.

Great quote right there

Alright shortstack, I guess what it comes down to is do you want a two-stroke with more suspension, or a four-stroke? They're totally different bikes. If you're an 10 year old and want to race motocross, get the kx60. If you're a normal joe, any age, and just want a bike to mess around with on the street, yard, local grocery store, get the xr50. Everybody told you to get the 50, so you got to give us some of your opinions if you want more input.
