I dont really remember, but I think most of them were second gear. But on long roads, its mostly third.

Actually right now, I have my 50 set up for dirt riding. Few of my friends have property and we ride them out there. When we go riding our fullsize dirtbikes we take them with us. My brother got his light on his 50. And now Im going to be getting one too. I think im going to stop with the street and ride dirt for a while. I really want a 110 but my dad doesnt want to sell the 50's. 110's are hella sick off road. You can hit nice gaps and sick doubles. One of my friends has one. I think Im going to be getting the BBR front forks, a BBR tall seat and an I Shock then later I want to get a swingarm.

 

Actually, if you look at the video where i took a shot of my messed up rear tread, you can see that there is no linkage for a hand brake. I think that I always have my finger on the front brake out of habit from riding my CR250.
