The webstie is being updated, you just have to call and ask. We have always had colored brake arms on the site though.

Does your standard hand brake kit come with that billet rear brake arm like in that article or does it come with the cheaper looking adaptor pictured on your site?

The Extended billet brake arm is an upgrade. The standard kit comes with an adapter.

It comes to 135 with handbrake kit and extended billet brake arm. That also comes with a billet quick adjust brake **** for the handbrake.
