Make sure to get a good deal. They are throwing them out the door around here. Just picked one up for my 6 year old step son and I picked my wife and myself up a CRF230F for now. I'll get the CRF250R later when we don't have a 3 month old one of us has to take care of. '06 are coming in and they are letting the bikes go.

If any of you parents are interested in a set of real training wheels for the 50, let me know. I have a set from my sons old 50 that were never used, I'll cut someone a good deal on them if it's for their kids.
These are the real deal outrigger style with big air filled tires that mount to the footpeg mount-pics upon request.

Thanks man, but my step son was riding around with no probs his first time. Kinda scary, especially turning in a circle left he has complete throttle control, now turning right is a different story, but I think more mental for him thinking it is harder.

Good offer and I hope somone can take you up on it.

yeah d bounce, it'll give you a good idea of it, you can also learn IDLE on it, i'm doin no handers on mine.. i can't do any spreaders or special k's very well.. but i can kill one handers n idle tricks... best part of learnin brake on the fifty is to get rippin in a 2nd or 3rd gear wheelie..then slow it down as fast as possible,, by keeping on the gas and mashing the brake.. that's how you learn it for the big bike
