You would think that the police would have you pulled over EVERY time they see you. You could always run from them and pull some sick riding under semi-trailers and through drain pipe tricks.

I know from talking with people in Arizona you can register Banshees and other Quads for street so why not be able to register a xr50, you just have to figure out the legal loop holes for different states, and I'm sure you can roll this thing down to the local bar and pick up hot drunk chicks like a pimp!

The XR50 has become a fanatical passion among many adults, and kids alike. Want to be able to ride it on the street? In addition to following your DMV's rules and regulations, a Baja Designs kit will help you make the XR50 street legal.

The concept behind the Baja Designs Quick Release Dual Sport Kit is fairly simple: create a street-legal bolt-on kit which is self-contained and can be removed with ease. Instead of mounting the components permanently on your bike, they are tucked away inconspicuously behind the headlight. The rear fender already contains the flush mount turn signals, a taillight, all wiring, and a license plate drop-down. Upon removal, the only item that will remain on the bike is the Mid-Harness, which is permantly routed out of the way

Yep, street legal anywhere a moped is... or a scooter under 50cc's. In most states anyways...
