Poilished frame?

Anyone have a polished 50.
Would it be possible to strip the frames paint and polish it?

first rule of polishing:

try to stick a magnet to it..if it sticks. dont polish it cuz it will rust...lol i see mad f2's and f3's with polished swingarms.

what if I polish then clearcoar it. I have a couple of cans of clear laying around in the garage, you think that would work?

well how would I chrome it besides sending it somewhere? I was thinking of polishing it only because I could do it myself. The bike doesn't look to hard to take apart, figured it would be a good weekend project.

I don't think it will polish to a shine. I think the only way would be to send it off and have it electroplated.
