i was browsing ebay and they have cheap 50s for like $100. there are giovanni? was wondering if anyone had any experience with them or advise for or against them.

I was looking on ebay as well. Anyone heard of Venom Motors out of Las Vegas? They have 70cc for $349 and 110cc for $649. Wondering if anyone has any info on them at all? Thanks and sorry if I hijacked. just similar questions.
